Adams Gordon A. Smith Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Gordon A. Smith, as the USTA s Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, is the senior staff person at the USTA. He leads the USTA s effort to accomplish its mission to promote and develop the growth of tennis and oversees the operations of the USTA and the functioning of the USTA s national office. Smith was previously a Senior Partner in the Atlanta law firm of King and Spalding.
